The Kardashian 'Kollection' for Dorothy Perkins – in pictures

The Kardashian sisters have made a career out of parading in front of cameras in an array of shiny outfits, honing a signature look that says: 'Don't stand near an open flame.' It was only going to be a matter of time until that look was curated for a UK audience. And that time is now. Lauren Cochrane reviews the best and worst bits of the 'Kardashian Kollection' for Dorothy Perkins
Khloe, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian show off some of their 'Kollection' for Dorothy Perkins Purple lace dress The Kardashians love a bodycon frock, and if it has contouring lines, so much the better. This dress, mindbogglingly, adds purple lace, presumably to ramp up the sexy vibes (although in reality it resembles a collage of Prince’s outfits circa Purple Rain). It has something of Kim about it, before she met Kanye West and started dressing in designer monochrome White fur chubby Fitting into Kim’s new monochrome look, this white fur jacket could work outside the reality-TV world. Cute, cropped and fuzzy, it's in tune with this winter’s love of texture, and is especially good when worn with jeans instead of the Kardashian default choice of bodycon Printed top A rare concession to casual dressing, this top, with its body-skimming rather than circulation-restricting fit, feels somewhat uncharacteristic of the Kardashians. With a nice smudgy print, this top would make it into the wardrobe of even the most discerning fashion lover Black bootleg trousers While her sisters tend to go for the skirt option every time, Khloe Kardashian often works a trouser – but only when it’s worn with a stonking great platform. A distinctly 90s look (blame Tom Ford, he did it first at Gucci), the bootcut and heel should have died a death long ago. Instead, it ended up in this collection Polkadot blouse We’re not sure what it means when a blouse in the Kardashian Kollection resembles something that might have been in the Saint Laurent spring collection, but this one does. The gathered neck is particularly fetching, but it might not have saved Khloe from her recent wardrobe malfunction on The X Factor Fringed bag If 'It' bags are over, no one sent that BBM to the Kardashian sisters. Their bag motto? The showier the better. Kourtney always carries a big bag (perhaps a concession to motherhood?) and now you can too with this pleather-fringed number. Other options include a gold lamé clutch or studded bucket bag. Why choose? Buy them all!
